A big congratulations are in order for Cassie Sharpe! At the 2022 Beijing Winter Games, she won big with a silver medal for Team Canada in Women’s Freeski Halfpipe!

Her total score was 90.25, which was second only to China’s Eileen Gu with a score of 95.25. The bronze medal went to Canada’s Rachael Karker, who came in with a score of 87.75.

Only one year after knee surgery, she has worked tirelessly to bounce back from several injuries, including a torn ACL. As the reigning gold medalist entering the 2022 games, she had immense pressure but handled it like a champ.

She continues to be an inspiration to us all.
